RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We love to help you feel good and a great customer satisfaction guarantees that which is why we are welcoming to offer refunds and returns on unopened and unused purchased products. However, please note that All Sales Are Final and for hygiene and health purposes, we will not accept returns or requests for refund or exchange on purchased items from www.trichosolutions.com that are altered, used and damaged by the customer or not in new condition and packaged as delivered or to the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges also applies to purchased items damages or lost in transit to you. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at info@trichosolutions.com within 10 days of purchase date, stating your interest for a refund or exchange and invoice number. Upon receipt, we’ll respond and instruct you on how to complete your return. The products should be sealed and unopened to get your refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the return, we’ll process an exchange if product is available or offer a refund of full purchase price to the credit card used for your purchase (minus original and return shipping costs which are non-refundable).
