Refunds and Exchanges also applies to purchased items damages or lost in transit to you. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at email@example.com within 10 days of purchase date, stating your interest for a refund or exchange and invoice number. Upon receipt, we’ll respond and instruct you on how to complete your return. The products should be sealed and unopened to get your refund or exchange.
